Outfit of the day #023

Outfit of the day #023

Another outfit of the day, colour coordinated for a tone-in-tone look. I love the layered look, because you can hide all the little imperfections of your body. Winter makes it even easier…

Outfit of the Day #015

Outfit of the Day #015

I love these black balloon pants. They are great for plus sizes, because they level out proportions. You can wear them with heels, but they also look good with comfortable flats.  Colour coordination is the secret here…

Have fun with fashion and greetings from New Zealand,

Accessories – Phone case

Accessories - Phone case

Even your phone case can be a fashion statement. Choose one that shows your personality, your style or humor.

Because my mobile phone is Alcatel and it is very difficult to get some nice phone covers, I added some beautiful stickers to the simple grey cover that came with the phone.

Accessories – Gloves

Accessories - Gloves

Gloves are not only handy when it is cold outside. They can make a bold fashion statement, too. Gloves come in all colours, styles and materials. You can buy velvet, lace, leather, knit, satin, silk, or more insulating materials for winter – whatever style or occasion you fancy.

For many years I had one pair of thin black Italian leather gloves. They were as soft as a second skin. I loved them so much because they were long wrist style gloves and they looked very elegant. The longer wrists not only look more fashionable, they are also functional as they are long enough to go right under your coat sleeves. If you buy gloves, make sure you buy the right size for your hands and fingers. You have to try them on.
